Rah-e-Nijat mainly provides personalized digital spiritual guidance and custom Rohani Amal services. Because these services are prepared according to the individual case, this policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

1. No Physical Returns

Most Rah-e-Nijat services are digital, consultation-based, or customized written guidance. As a result, there is usually no physical product to return.

2. Refund Eligibility Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before your personalized case review, plan preparation, or service work has started, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable After Personalized Work Starts

Once a personalized spiritual plan, consultation, written amal, or custom case review has started or been delivered, the service is generally non-refundable because the value lies in the customized work already prepared for your situation.

4. No Refund for Expected Outcome

Refunds are not issued simply because a user expected a specific spiritual or personal outcome. Results vary from case to case and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you believe you made a duplicate or accidental payment, contact us as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed.

6. Incomplete or False Information

If service delivery is delayed, limited, or affected because incomplete, false, or misleading information was provided by the user, this does not automatically create refund eligibility.

7. How to Request a Review

8. Policy Updates

Rah-e-Nijat may revise this policy when needed. The version active at the time of purchase or request will apply unless stated otherwise.
